Sparklers in Newry
Sparklers are the one firework most people have actually held — and the one most often treated too casually. We hold 24 of them from £0.80 at our showroom just off Junction 20, on the border.
What are sparklers?
A sparkler burns at hundreds of degrees, far hotter than boiling water. Gloves on, one per person at a time, and a bucket of water for the spent ones. Never give one to a child under five.
Most sparklers fall under Category F1, which normally means no firework licence is needed — though you must still be 18 to buy them and we still check ID.
How much do sparklers cost?
We stock 24 sparklers priced between £0.80 and £12.50, with a typical mid-range option around £1.99. Those are manufacturer RRPs — our counter price is confirmed in store, and buying a pack or crate usually works out keener per shot.
Do you need a licence for sparklers in Northern Ireland?
Most sparklers fall under Category F1, which normally sits outside the Northern Ireland licensing requirement. You still have to be 18, and we still check photo ID on every sale. Read the full licence guidance.
